NACCAS Stands as a world class institution in Kanyakumari District. Even though it is a self financing college, it’s infrastructure and proximity ensures its demand. Altogether it has ten departments among that Tamil department flourishes. The department of Tamil started its P.G course in 2016 with eminent and qualified staff. In 2018, it was elevated as Research Department. It plays an important role to bring out the tradition & cultural aspects of tamilians. The Research scholars of the department brim with quality & contemporary relevance which adds proud to the college and society. Along with curriculum, the P.G students develop their skills to pave for the carrier developing programme like NET & SET. Abisha, the P.G student of the department of Tamil, has qualified NET exam and secured first rank & awarded, Gold Medal from M.S University. The department also arrange special programmes like writing for media & journals to enhance the skills of students.
